Selling the property will require certain activities inclusive of attaining a section 32 statement which is also known as the vendor’s statement along with the prepared contract of sale. Furthermore, we also take responsibility to deliver the documents to the nominated agents as soon as it is possible.

We will also deal with your mortgage services in case your mortgage over the property. We will only arrange the settlement with your mortgage provider but we will also assist you to discharge authority completion. We will coordinate with your bank and collect information about the required amount to payout the required amount needed for your mortgage clearance on the settlement date. Adjustment of rates and all-inclusive charges will also be checked by our executive.

We will also be responsible to be in attendance of settlement on a given date on the client’s behalf. Once settlement has been completed Flexi Conveyancing will notify the appropriate authorities such as council, water authority and body corporate (if any) of the change of ownership details.
